Our web hosting packages are based on the shared hosting principle, which means you share the server resources with other customers, although you still have full control over your own websites, settings, and content.

Self service means you are responsible for setting up and managing your website yourself. We provide the technical infrastructure, and the administration of your web application, CMS, or databases is in your hands. Support is available through our ticket system, fast and reliable during our business hours.

Our web hosting packages only include access to our web server infrastructure. Services such as email mailboxes or included domains are not part of the offering and can be booked separately if needed.

Your hosting package is usually set up automatically right after payment is received. You will receive an email within a few minutes once the setup is complete.

To log in, you can then use single sign-on in the customer portal to access your web hosting panel.

Yes, you can register domains with us in many different extensions (.de, .com, .net, .org, etc.).

A domain can also be linked to an existing hosting package.

Absolutely! We support you with your website migration. If you have any questions about moving your website, feel free to contact our support, and we’ll clarify everything in detail with you.

You get access to a user-friendly control panel (Plesk), which allows you to manage your website, databases, and much more.

You can log in using the credentials that you will find in the customer portal under the management section of your web package.

Tip: Use single sign-on to log in directly to the Plesk server through the customer portal.

Yes, we automatically back up our infrastructure several times a day, however you should still create your own external backups independently of us.

The convenient part: via the Plesk portal, you can back up your web content to various external destinations, such as S3, FTP, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and more, and restore it if needed.

For our web hosting packages, we offer support exclusively through our ticket system. Phone support is not provided in this area.

Our regular support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM CET.
